The National Debt Counsellors Association

The National Debt Counsellors’ Association (NDCA) was established in 2017 and represents some of the largest and most respected debt counsellors operating in South Africa. When you use an NDCA debt counsellor, you’ll get expert help from someone you can trust.

NDCA members meet our rigorous criteria

  • Registered with the National Credit Regulator (NCR)
  • Affordable, reasonable legal fees for clients
  • Use the NCR-approved Debt Counselling Rules System (DCRS), which facilitates interest rate reduction
  • Use a registered Payment Distribution Agency to ensure clients’ funds are protected
  • Provide monthly statements and continuous client support
  • Adhere to the moral standards that the NDCA expects
