The results of the Annual Debt Review Awards Peer Review Process were announced on the 16th of October 2026
The 13th Annual Debt Review Awards were held in Durbanville, Cape Town, on Friday afternoon October 16th, 2026. Here are some of the results of the industry peer reviews and associated Awards as announced on the day.
The Top 5 Debt Counsellors 2026, as identified by the Peer reviews, were announced, as were the highest peer review ratings among the various categories of Attorneys, Media and Credit Providers.

There were once again several associated Co-Branded Awards which were also announced on the day. These included the ONE | Significant Contribution Awards, Slipstream Technology Adoption Award, DCCP Rising Star Awards and the Nousheen Pore Award in the Legal Category.

Consumers are reminded that the current NCR terms and conditions of registration require all funds paid by consumers to debt counsellors to be done via a PDA. The organisers strongly recommend the use of a NCR registered PDA to handle distribution of funds for simplicity, convenience, record keeping and accuracy.
